Positive: The hostess is very accommodating and willing to help with anything and everything when it comes to directions and restaurant recommendations, and getting you connected with people who are very informed on transportation to Machu Picchu who like us didn’t go by train but by bus to hidroeléctrica and walked the rest of the way. Very trustworthy and friendly and even made breakfast early so that we ate before going out.

Positive: Great location close to airport. Excellent and helpful staff. We had to fly early in the morning and the manager offered to make us breakfast at 4:30am. She made sure the Uber arrived for us and gave us a fruit pack to take away.

Negative: The facilities need repairs and upgrading. We had two rooms and the sink in one wouldn’t drain, nor the tub in the other. One toilet ran all night. The staff offered to move us to another room, but we elected to stay since it was late. The halls and common areas need some care and attention.
