Summary: We wouldn’t normally stay in a “brand” hotel but this was a fantastic experience. Sure the hotel is fab, I cannot fault any of it. Great food, facilities and what an incredible location. However, it is the staff that made this really special. Particularly the team at the beach bar. Thank you Mariam, Mario and Diego so welcoming. Best hotel bar staff ever!!! (And we have met a few). I am sure we will return.

Summary: I’ve never felt more let down by a hotel stay. The reviews promised a perfect end to our trip to Mexico, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our bags never arrived in the room despite being told they would be delivered. After several calls and mixed messages, they finally appeared much later. We also asked to borrow an umbrella and were told none were available, even though the concierge had given two to another couple just minutes earlier. Breakfast service was equally poor — the server seemed uninterested and made us feel like an inconvenience. At check-in, we were advised to ask about a day-use room before our evening flight, only to be told at checkout that no such option existed. When I shared my feedback, it was met with a blank stare. Overall, the service was indifferent and unwelcoming — a real disappointment at the end of what had been a wonderful trip.

Summary: This hotel does not correspond to its 5-star classification. For instance, we had a booking and arrived at 9 pm, but "they had had a little problem with one of the rooms, so they had no room for us". When they finally gave us one, it was facing the extremely busy road... all night hearing noisy motorcycles and buses. That said, if you manage to book it for the price of a 4-star and are careful with the room you get, it's fine.

Summary: Great service across all spaces, including the cabanas on the beach. People were very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good with a large buffet. Overall a nice property with one of the best beaches in all of Cancun.
