Summary: Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel.

Summary: Five star hotel with outstanding service. Everything feels new. Great location if you wish to combine city life with beach life. Only negative was the breakfast restaurant was under renovation and the temporary left more to ask for as the food was more lukewarm than hot. Also, the pool area has a limited time with sunshine but there’s always the beach.

Summary: The room was very nice. We called the front desk for a lot of things, and they were always quick to help us. I loved the pool. The location was right in front of the beach, so that was convenient. I love the Bal D' Afrique products in the bathroom. I bought a cologne of the same scent when I came home so that the smell would remind me of my trip.

Summary: Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms. However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update.
