Summary: The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good--nice choices, reasonable prices. The room was also very nice in space and water provided daily was great. The only negative in our stay was not having a place to park my car while we unloaded luggage at the hotel entrance. taxi's were lined up and took all the spaces! I had to drive around the block until a space was available.

Summary: Great location and very nice facility. Coffee shop on the main floor is great and the hotel bar was basically the same price as other bars around Montreal

Summary: Very nice hotel and lovely room with great view of city. Check in said 3pm on my voucher. Arrived 3.20. Only one receptionist and a queue. At 3.40 got served to be told room not ready and check in 4pm. Would call us. We parked the car as advised. Levels 9 to 12 underground so quite a long way. Two elevators with a lot of luggage. No call came so asked again and it seems we had been forgotten about. Disappointing service from top hotel. Should be more than one person serving at check in time. Room was lovely with good view of city. Large room and bathroom. Small fridge. Safe. Desk.

Summary: Room had nice view of the harbor, but was very dark at night. Requested additional lamps, they said they would but they never showed up. Booked a club room but found the breakfast buffet the same every day. We think the rooms could use some updating. Probably will try another hotel when next visiting Montreal. Also, cocktails at the bar are extremely overpriced. You are better off going to a nearby restaurant where prices are more reasonable

Summary: Additional room for in-laws was not ready despite arriving at 5pm and check in is available at 4pm. Valet car park insisted the car was too tall and may not be able to fit in the parking garage. No where did it indicate car height restriction. Room is outdated, pool is very small (max 10 ppl only) and no hot tub. Lobby is the only area that is nicely renovated. Front desk folks and pool staff were pleasant and accommodating to our needs.
