Summary: Amazing stay at the InterContinental Lisbon! The location was perfect convenient for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful and upscale. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional staff service. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent as well, with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and an overall luxurious atmosphere. Everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Summary: The room was great - spacious, well furnished, clean, check in and door staff were wonderful, breakfast let the whole experience down - not remotely 5* more of a Holiday Inn / Premier Inn 2 or 3* basic buffet with average service. Stay in the hotel but don’t take breakfast! Small gripe about the 15 min queue to check out but that’s partly on me for doing it at 12pm on the dot!

Summary: We stayed at the intercontinental for one night. The location is excellent which allowed us to walk to the park Eduardo VII to see the most espectacular views of Lisbon, and the main avenue of libertadores which you can walk all the way down to Plaza de Mercado The hotel amenities are great and the restaurant really good. I will definitely be staying there next time I travel to Lisbon.
