Positive: A magnificent hotel near a picturesque lake. The hotel's courtyard features a beautiful garden with a koi pond and a peacock cage. Both the hotel itself and its surroundings are perfect for those who prefer calm walks in the fresh air. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options, ranging from European-style yogurt and pastries to local dumplings and noodles.

Negative: - Although the hotel has a spa, the massage services are unreasonably expensive. - Very few of the hotel staff speak English, which can be a significant inconvenience.

Negative: We booked for 3 persons but the items (cup, towels) were for 2 persons. Hotel provided only after request.

Positive: A very beautiful hotel with grand lobby and majestic entry. The decor is elegant and the gardens are beautiful. The room was well appointed with a good view of the hotels central garden. I would have liked a small guest handbook explaining the available facilities.

Negative: Good hospitality is made by people and unfortunately I did not feel super welcome here. Check in was flat and I did not receive any information about my room location or where and when breakfast where was served. Not a major issue but it led to me feeling very "foreign" while travelling solo so far from home. I ended up staying in my room for the duration of my stay.
