Summary: A bit of a boring hotel to be honest in a reaktuveky boring area away from downtown Hanoi. We had a room on the lake for just half a day before a late evening flight - and the hotel is located just 35 min from Noi Bai Airport which was convenient. But for a longer stay in Hanoi where you also want easy walking access to sights and attractions it is recommended to stay at the Old Quarter. The area around this hotel is not interesting at all. The service at the hotel was overall pleasant and speedy - but in general the hotel seem a bit old and not that interesting

Summary: Lovely hotel with spacious room , balcony and a wonderful view.it was good to escape the crowded old quarter and it is not far away from the hotel. We booked a stay at the hotel 6 years ago for a honeymoon that we didn’t mange to make it due to a war conflict in our country and it was nice to finally come to the hotel snd vietnam

Summary: The staff were exceptionally helpful and we loved the sunset bar and restaurant. The room amenities had everything including a sewing kit which came in handy. I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay there again if in Hanoi.
