What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service. Every part of my stay — from the beautiful room to the amazing dining and attentive staff — was exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough!

The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip.
