Summary: Hotel is over priced for dated facilities. Gym equipment is dated and not functioning properly. Room - clean, but bathroom is small and sitting on the loo you have crouch to one side, shower is poor and hot water fluctuating and the shower does not go high enough. Bathroom and room very dated and over priced. Was not informed of building work which started at 7am. Terrible sleep. Overall stay average. And poor given price!

Summary: Nice hotel but away from city center, bus route currently diverted because of road construction and some noise in the mornings because of it as well; very nice staff

Summary: Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!

Summary: Intercontinental is a beautiful hotel with very nice grounds. The only issue is that is a taxi ride from everything. You cannot simply walk around town and shop. You have to get in some kind of a transportation to get to all those areas.
