Positive: location while far from city center is not bad, nice large park nearby, few pubs/cafes in 5 minutes, You can take a bus to a center, or even walk (~40 minutes) when weather is nice. Large room. The days were hot but A/C was functioning properly.
Negative: Not worth the money. Overpriced breakfast (we tried it one day instead of walking to cafes) and did not like none of the 3 la carte dishes we ordered. Its 5 star hotel but only part of 5 stars they got right is a price. May be if there for event near by it makes sense otherwise find something cheaper and closer
