Positive: The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, perfect location for families visiting as it overlooked the zoo. It was in a nice safe neighbourhood, opposite a greek and Italian restaurant. Staff really helpful and the spa facilities were really relaxing.

Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Summary: Amazing stay, would definitely stay again if we visit Berlin again.
