Positive: Thank you to the InterContinental team for the incredible service. Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive, which could have significantly affected my stay. However, the reception team were exceptionally kind and supportive, arranging laundry service every evening to ensure I had clean clothes. Their care and understanding made a difficult situation much easier. The security staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming—especially Joseph from Kenya. What a great person and a real asset to the hotel!

Negative: Areas for improvement: The breakfast offerings were lovely overall; however, when the hotel became very busy around the 28th, we felt the quality of the food declined noticeably. Additionally, the cleanliness of our bathroom was disappointing. There was visible dirt around the bath tap and stopper area in room. My daughter, who is two years old, is afraid of showers and can only take baths. Sadly, she developed a rash afterward, which we are still trying to treat. This understandably left us quite concerned. We also noticed a significant amount of dust under the bed, which made it feel as though the room cleaning was rushed rather than thorough. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness of your staff, but we hope these points can be addressed to ensure an even higher standard of comfort and hygiene for future guests.
