Positive: The hotel has an excellent location and beautiful facilities. Definitely will come back! I want to thank your receptionists, Darwin and Mariel, for their excellent service during my recent stay. They were incredibly helpful with finding solutions and arranging transportation for my departure.

Negative: My only suggestion is to improve the internet speed, which was a bit slow.

Summary: Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend your hotel, thanks to Darwin and Mariel.
