Negative: - lack of aircondition - reservation for 2 beds. We got one bed. However room was changed after complaiment - wifi didnt work - only one shower towel - watermelon pieces were with bad taste

Positive: Very easy check in, the hotel is under new management and is making lots of improvements. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist offered to organise dinner right before restaurant closing time. The rooms are a really good size and although slightly older still had great clean standards and a great night's sleep. The move for less single use plastic was great. Espresso coffee machine, tea and water available was a great touch and super for us being in and out through the days. Breakfast wise One day we were offered jajecznica which was great and fresh! Thank you to all the team who looked after us on our stay. The team had ironing facilities, and there was a gym although we didn't use it. Easy road access and we didn't struggle for parking.

Negative: Breakfast had huge variety of options for cold polish breakfast however lacked a bit of variety for hot options. Again might just be our taste as we did have sausage and egg available every day. I'm sure we could have asked but, a toaster would be a great addition to the offering. With the ownership change they are just missing their bar license. Żabka is near by so nothing missed! There are still some rooms to be modernised but we viewed a Deluxe room and they do look great and it's a needed refresh! Not every floor has coffee tea and water. We were on third so a small inconvenience but I don't want to take away from the positives above.

Positive: Polite and friendly staff who speak English. Good sized comfortable room. Relatively large bathroom. Free parking

Negative: Breakfast was acceptable. Who puts the only light switch on the opposite side of the room from the bed?
