Summary: Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame.

Summary: Animation team is not very good. The boy was doing a good job but the girl… she always looked like it was exhausting and she seemed annoyed by the job. We saw her playing waterpolo but only with Spanish kids and she ignored the other kids that were not talking Spanish… so sad. The breakfast was ok and good but not so many choice for a 4 stars hotel. The room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately just 1 soap in the shower and the sink. Again it is poor for a 4 stars hotel. And also we could hear the people walking upstairs and outside our room. We liked the hotel, it was a nice one. We are just a bit disappointed because it was a 4 stars so we were expecting better for breakfast and products in the room.

Summary: Amazing place, very comfortable and grandly staff, the only bad thing is the breakfast buffet, There was spoiled food that was put out to eat and I saw an employee (maybe the manager) yelling horribly at one of the restaurant employees

Summary: It was a nice hotel but really thin walls and roof so you always woke up due to all noise during cleaning in the morning and could hear the neighbors talk during night. I usually only use hotels for showering and sleep and are outside all day so can’t comment on the activities or the pool. Breakfast was mostly good but yoghurt was for some reason never well kept (looked lumpy). But overall enjoyed the stay.

Summary: The multilingual hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast is excellent with so many options of food. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and the pool area is kept very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Sa Coma beach is around a 10 min walk and Cala Millor beach is also around a 10min walk away. There are lots of restaurants in Cala Millor and Sa Coma to choose from for evening meals which were very good. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.
