Positive: Nice and clean, cute little place for a cheap price.

Negative: The room is attached to a condo unit, they have separated the room from the condo. The walls to the condo are paper thin, and the people on the other side didnt care about being quiet at night. They were practically yelling at 11pm at night which made it hard to sleep. Also, there is no temperature control, I'm assuming that is connected to the main unit. We stayed when it got to 32 in the night, so the room got quite cold.

Positive: The place is in a perfect, central location between Miami and the Florida Keys and Everglades, and it felt safe to be there. The price is very reasonable if you are on a budget.

Negative: There is another attached unit where you can hear other guests on the other side. So just be aware if you are one who needs absolute silence to sleep.

Negative: A little bit small for 2 People with 2 suitcases (but it's as big as it looks in the pictures)

Positive: Good clear instructions from the owners from directions sent and information in room. Good coffee bags. Parking in front of accommodation. Not too far from the airport readying for trip south to the Keys. Bottled water provided.

Negative: I would have liked a teaspoon or coffee stirrer.

Positive: The shower was amazing, the property was clean and in a secure location. Communication with the owner was very good and they replied swiftly. There was a lack of hangers and the owner purchased more and dropped them off very quickly, which was very kind of them. Great location near to multiple Walmarts, gas stations, swimming pool, bowling alley, Everglades national park.

Negative: The property was smaller than we thought it would be, the bed was a small double and the mattress thin and not for us, ok if you like a thin memory foam mattress, would benefit from a deeper one.

Summary: Great location, very clean, amazing shower and felt very secure in the area. Would certainly use this property again. Gr
