Negative: Splash bay was much smaller than I thought. Only one hour is enough time to spend.

Negative: Everything would have gone perfectly, if not for your receptionist who insisted foaming at the mouth, that we had another tower booked( Forest tower) even I did book Ocean for two days. You are a 5 star hotel, you are a technologically advanced country and all reservation should be displayed. Given this incident I request that you hold separate discussions with the reception staff to ensure they are more qualified and customer -focused. Thank you for your understanding.

Negative: It’s too hot. They don’t turn on the AC in a lot of different areas. Felt like a sauna 50% of the time.

Positive: Fantastic hotel with great facilities! It's designed beautifuly, very clean, rooms are gorgeous. Loved the beautiful food court and boutique shops, arcades too!

Negative: It would be nice to have an outdoor playground (just a couple of slides, swing would do it)
