Positive: We had a fantastic break at the hotel. The breakfast and evening meal was very good quality. The facilities were very exceptional and even though the hotel was fully booked, the areas were always very quiet and relaxing. The location was wonderful. The staff were very friendly.

Negative: Tea and coffee facilities should be provided in the bedroom. Maybe a little information on arrival (possibly in English aswell) .... e.g. where the spa is located (map), how to get into Potsdam, other services available (hiring bikes) and things to do in the area. Other pillow options (if I'm being really fussy).

Summary: Excellent stay - peaceful and relaxing.

Positive: Very good restaurant. Lovely location right on the lake. Room was small but with a nice balcony with a view of the lake.

Negative: Far from central Potsdam but for us no problem.
