Summary: Everything was spotless and clean. The staff however was exceptional. Lucianna greeted us and engaged in conversation. She was helpful as a concierge in recommending attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was quite unique with spacious rooms, great breakfast included and high-tech touches. Everything was first class and world class. The health facilities went beyond a large gym with every conceivable exercise machine. This was a unique experience.

Summary: Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and carpet-free—which I really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I requested a wake-up call and was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from a person. As an extra touch, they turned on all the lights and opened the windows a few minutes later, which was perfect for someone who might otherwise fall back asleep. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.

Summary: This hotel was a perfect hotel for us. It had a great location in Naples, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and spacious. They had a decent breakfast buffet. The atrium/lobby is very nice. I scheduled a wake up call and received a live Voice, which was very nice for a change, and within a couple of minutes after I answered the call all the lights in the hotel room came on, and the window blinds went up. This is a great feature for someone that needs an extra push to get out of bed in the morning. The only issue we had was that there was only one set of elevators. It does take a while to get to the elevator if you’re on the other side of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again!
