Summary: Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and carpet-free—which I really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I requested a wake-up call and was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from a person. As an extra touch, they turned on all the lights and opened the windows a few minutes later, which was perfect for someone who might otherwise fall back asleep. We loved our stay and would absolutely return.

Summary: This hotel was a perfect hotel for us. It had a great location in Naples, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and spacious. They had a decent breakfast buffet. The atrium/lobby is very nice. I scheduled a wake up call and received a live Voice, which was very nice for a change, and within a couple of minutes after I answered the call all the lights in the hotel room came on, and the window blinds went up. This is a great feature for someone that needs an extra push to get out of bed in the morning. The only issue we had was that there was only one set of elevators. It does take a while to get to the elevator if you’re on the other side of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again!

Summary: This is such a unique hotel! It’s where surgeons stay to work with or learn about the company that owns it. When you pull up it doesn’t look like a hotel at all but you’re in the right place! The room is modern and very clean. The only thing we don’t like is the toilet - it’s massive and way too high. I’m 5’8” and was on top toes - it was very strange and uncomfortable. There’s also no fridge. But everyone was friendly and professional and we’d highly recommend this unique experience!
