Positive: The location is very central, and I loved the theme of the room, especially how it complements the balcony outside. Staying upstairs was ideal for me, with a great view of everything. The property manager was very kind and even offered to refill my water bottle for the room. Extra towels were also provided three times during my stay, which I really appreciated. When I wanted to add a last-minute extension to my booking, she was kind enough to offer me the same room and simply asked me to rebook online, which I thought was very flexible and accommodating. Communication between myself and the manager was excellent. I had no issues at all.
