Positive: Good location next to Indooroopilly shopping centre. Balcony/outdoor area was really nice. Aircon did a decent job cooling the main living area.

Negative: When we arrived at check-in time the place was only half cleaned - beds were stripped but not made, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to contact AirKeeper to get the cleaners to come back. Some of the stuff in the kitchen cupboards was dirty. There were coffee pods but no pod machine (?) Bathroom wasn't the nicest, especially for 3 people sharing the space

Positive: Very spacious top floor unit (3 floors, no lift). Older style, large, light and with large private balcony, automatic roller door parking. Washing machine, and very well equipped. Right opposite major shopping centre, close to transport and river. It’s a good location for UQ or exploring Brisbane.

Negative: You make the booking through Booking.Com, then have to supply additional documentation to Air Keeper Window coverings aging and barely there Tricky the first time to find access with a car - be in the far right lane of Musgrave which is a one-way street. A quirk with the electrical power points for kettle etc switching off - easy to switch back on, fusebox inside
