Positive: The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly & did their best to be helpful
Negative: The fact that I could not make two international calls immediately to report that both my debit cards had been stolen close to the hotel.
Summary: On the whole, a well run hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Negative: The toilet bowl was broken and was reported right when we first got there. The staff sent someone to try to fix it but couldn’t. Was informed that it will be reported to their Maintenance department and that someone would come by to fix it. No one ever did and I did bring it back to the attention of the staff but still no one showed up to get it fixed. Also, the WiFi was bad at best as it was awfully slow and keeps hanging.
