Summary: The property was pretty cool. Individual rooms and cottages made for a unique experience. We did find a dirty sock left by a previous guest

Summary: This property was very nice and clean. We only stayed for 1 night but it was very convenient, great location, and in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly soft. Has an outside patio area to hang out at mingle which was very nice. The sheets felt amazing. Definitely will be coming back when in Napa valley again!

Summary: Melanie and her family are adorable! They were very attentive at breakfast time and food was outstanding! However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I came here 7 years ago, there was someone that picked up a phone, took my reservation, greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room. There was always someone there to answer my questions whether it was a question about dinner reservations or wine tasting recommendations. Now, it seems cold and impersonal. I understand, it’s a lot easier with the world of electronics nowadays but if I wanted to do that, I’d just go to a Airbnb. Other than that, everything was great! Thanks!
