Summary: We couldn't believe there were so many spiders outside our door and on the balcony in the evening. I'm extremely afraid of spiders so we had to go and get spray just to get in the front door They're were so many on our balcony we couldn't step out to even try to spray. I most likely won't stay again which is sad because we love sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and outdoors. I was also told we could use a visa gift card for part of the payment at check out. We had to leave early to catch a flight, I was told we couldn’t use it because it was before 4:00am and it would mess up the accounting for the day.

Summary: I would rate this hotel 5+ stars! We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ diamond anniversary and were truly impressed by the exceptional service and comfortable rooms. The scenery was breathtaking—like stepping into a perfect photograph. My mom even tried kayaking, which brought back cherished memories of when she and my dad went kayaking during their dating days. Thank you to Long Lake for your warm hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Cleaning crew often didn't make it to the room before 4pm. Cobwebs in room on ceiling Balconies were VERY VERY dirty, haven't been washed in a long time. Suite entrance doors have large gaps between floor and entrance door, not airtight. Worst coffee I've ever had

Summary: Located between downtown and the Woodgrove commercial area, it was accessible for us to hop between the two areas. Internet was slow as we were trying to work there. Coffee for breakfast room was weak, we were told they were trying a new coffee. Real forks but bamboo knives and spoons were disappointing. Can't cut a bagel with a bamboo knife. Breakfast room has little seating, counting on the outdoor patio. 2nd day it rained so you couldn't sit outside.
