Summary: Good location but poor soundproofing between rooms.

Summary: this is an old property so facilities are not perfect but that does not detract from the stay. I would recommend fixing the door to the room we stayed in so it does not require such force to close it and to have it block out the light from the hall better. You will want some white noise in the room to block out the sounds from neighbouring rooms.

Summary: Location is perfect for easy walking access to restaurants and shops, and of course, the falls. Staff is incredibly friendly and rooms are well appointed, bed very comfortable, etc. This was our 3rd stay over the years and we will be back.
