Positive: PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, SAILING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY NICE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Negative: ORIGINAL STAFF MEMBER I SPOKE WITH TO BOOK THE MASSAGES WAS NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. DID NOT LOOK TO ACCOMODATE US IN ANY WAY. TOLD ME THE SERVICES THAT WERE ONLINE DID NOT EXIST. ALTHOUGH THE PROVIDERS WERE VERY NICE , WE BOOKED THE 75 MINUTE MASSAGES IN THE COVE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY OVERPRICED . WAS EXPECTING A MUCH MORE ELABORATE EXPERIENCE FOR $1200. ALTHOUGH THE PRE FIXE DINNER WAS DELICIOUS, OPTIONS WERE LIMITED AND WAY TOO MANY COURSES TO ENJOY. FIRST ROOMS SHOWER DID NOT HAVE A DOOR OR CURTAIN. NOT MUCH TO DO AT NIGHT TIME

Positive: Beautiful grounds and rooms with a view! Amazing and relaxing pool with excellent service. Great traditions and included activities (Toast at 5pm). Close to town. Bike and kayak rentals were fun. The spa was wonderful.

Negative: No fan in the bathroom, squeeky bed, A/C wasn't strong enough. Staff was not always available (i.e. we reserved Kayaks for a set time and no one was there to give them out; the bellman wasn't there to take our bags to our room- no elevators).

Summary: Very Relaxing- with a few hiccups.
