Positive: Staff was nice and responsive. Breakfast was good and readily available.

Negative: We checked in late in the evening. When we walked out of the elevator on the second floor, the hallway had an awfull sewer smell. Then, when we got to our room the door was propped open with the security lock.... felt very unsafe. We went back to the front counter to report this. The lady immediately went up and checked the room. It was safe to enter and stated the maids sometimes leave the doors open after they clean.

Negative: The check in staff took a phone call as I was checking in, and didn't place them on hold while processing my check in, I stood there as she was in the phone for five minutes

Positive: Close to where I was working, easy to find. The room was very cute and seemed well maintained. Breakfast options were great.

Negative: The bed was awful. I loved my room, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Negative: We had to ask for coffee pods for the Kuerig. There were not coffee cups for 2 guests. Mattress was thin and basic.

Positive: Breakfast was good could be available until a little later (stops at 09.00) Room was clean and serviced when requested, location was great for us and any request was met. Nice owners and staff.

Negative: Breakfast could be available until a little later on weekdays, say until 09.30 (its on until 10 at weekends). Maybe an extra toaster could be available as most mornings there was a line waiting for one to be available.

Summary: Really happy to stay here again and will be back later in the year!
