Summary: I came here for work, I stayed for around $80 a night the room I got was definitely worth it. The room was very cozy and well decorated. Better than most hotels I've been to.The lobby was nice, there some snacks avaliable. The shower was amazing probably one of the best I've seen in my life. There's a heater in the room with a nice fireplace. The bed was soft and cozy. I had the room closest to the door , the smallest one. I'll probably stay here again next month and bring my girlfriend. The building is right next to two intersections so unfortunately there is alot of road noise because apparently everyone in fort wayne takes their muffler off of their car. However the owner of the hotel provides plenty of ear plugs if you can't sleep which is nice of them.

Summary: It started a little rough, the first room had some heating issues but they quickly relocated us into another room and it was very nice.

Summary: An old home turned into apartments. Small and comfortable. Every room has a refrigerator, but the big fridge, microwave and kurig are down in the main lobby. I come for the jetted tub and fireplace. Close to everything downtown, with a Starbucks right behind it. I checked in one night, and one of the guestrooms were wide open, but the guests were no where to be found. I let the people know about this, and they came right away to make sure everything was ok. Ive already stayed here 5 - 10 times, and will definitely keep coming back.

Summary: Place was good for the money, little run down, toilet kinda awkward, both beds pretty rough to sleep on. But AC worked, had a kitchen, no bugs. So overall it was good for a budget stay.

Summary: The people on the property are very nice. The property is super cute! The noise level at night was aweful! There also was no space to put your luggage or unpack. No dresser space AT ALL! This is a super romantic spott. It would be great for a weekend, at least in our room, but no loner than that. Oh, and the bathtub was amazing, like a small swimming pool!

Summary: I was able to bring food so I did not have to eat out. I walked to the library everyday knowing that in the evening I could go back to the Sion Bass house and relax. The managers were friendly and helpful. I plan on coming again next year. By staying 3 nights I was able to do several hours of genealogy research at the library. The owners responded quickly when I had a question.
