Positive: Magnificent apartment with its own great style and full of details, great lighting and an awesome terrace with the breathtaking view. Probably the most stylish apartment im my whole travelling experience.

Negative: The parking has very low ceilings and requires a key to leave, which may be a small issue after checkout:)

Positive: The breathtaking panoramic view of the shimmering Atlantic, coupled with the dazzling blue skies of Cadiz, greet you upon arrival to this property and set the tone for a superlative experience…and the rest does not disappoint either: • Privacy, peace and tranquility • A sense of space created by the generous layout, aspect and orientation • Permeating natural brightness along with ample internal lighting, tastefully distributed throughout to create a pleasant evening mood • Comfortable atmosphere blended into an harmonious décor and neutral colours which are easy on the eye • Delightful personal touches, including intriguing books and magazines on various subjects, paintings and maritime objet d'art tastefully interspersed, all of which gives the apartment a homely and inviting feel • Very comfortable beds • Plenty of hot water for showers • A large and private balcony with a shower and barbeque set • Magnificent sunsets, a gentle breeze and the soothing sound of the waves at nighttime

Negative: In such a magical spot, minor imperfections tend to stand out: • The sofa missed its cover: Bedsheets were hurriedly and clumsily used as substitutes - not in keeping with the overall good taste and ambiance! • In the master bedroom, there were no shelves in either of the two closets available. Therefore, clothes had to be stored (piled) on the floor of the closets or, equally inconveniently, on the storing shelves in the other bedrooms • To its credit, the agency did address this issue and shelves were eventually installed but near the very end of our two-week stay. In the meantime, workers had to be let in and out, some while we dined • Some of the inside plants had seen much better days while others had turned moldy and unsightly; outside plants were neglected and were mostly wilted, beyond repair or non-existent (contrary to the photos). • A toaster was much missed and despite our prompting, never provided • The sitting room table, with worn edges, was the odd-man-out in an otherwise tastefully decorated area – a new table is long overdue! • Lack of general instruction for the use of various equipment and facilities was frustrating. Guidance with the awning (which has a mind of its own), for instance, would be highly useful since the sitting room is exposed to direct sun • For the price paid, and for a two week stay, at least one basic cleaning would have been much appreciated • One or two welcoming bottles of water (an investment of €1.00?) in the fridge would have been a nice touch! P.S. Beware of the psychotic seagull which resides nearby and has a pathological dislike of the adult male Homo sapiens - It will dive bomb you at every occasion. Consider yourself amply warned!

Positive: The appartment has a great location , surrounded by restaurants , boulevard and directly at the beach. Bus stops in front of the appartement and takes you in 10 minutes to the old town. The terrace is huge , great view , everything was as expected and the team was always available for information and help . The appartment was clean , 3 bathrooms was super convinient. Great choice for a family vacation !

Positive: the apartment, location and views are stunning. The facilities etc. were excellent. The apartment is very quite so no problems getting a good nights sleep. The apartment is very close to the beach ( 20 m) and to shops and restaurants. The apartment comes with a parking space which is great as public parking is hard to get and expensive. Cadiz has excellent public buses so really no need for a car anyway. The apartment is superb.

Negative: The terrace could have done with more shade. There were only two loungers available which for a 3 bedroom apartment is not enough. The cushions on the terrace look great but are saturated with water (due to being out all the time - tied down permanently). You could not sit on them as a result (despite the intense heat). These need to be changed / removable. these comments may seem small but for the price paid you would expect better. Despite all this the apartment is absolutely superb and we would stay there again.
