Summary: We had such a fantastic time! Check-in was super easy, house was beautiful, view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the pool, hot-tub, karaoke machine, fireplaces, & the 360 degree-views! The only reason for my 4/5 stars was because the driveway consists of a curvy road with a huge drop and no guardrails. This may be more common in Colorado, but as someone from out of state, a heads up/warning about the driveway would have been appreciated. Ultimately, we had a fantastic time & I would highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was a group of 5 couples and we couldn’t have been happier with the stay. The house and all we needed and more and we enjoyed time in the pool area. Coffee out on the porch was peaceful and the stargazing is top notch.

Summary: Beautiful location with fantastic views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay by spending time by the fireplace with the kids enjoying the pool and hot tub and hiking in the national forest. Excellent place for large family gatherings. We did have a couple issues which Bill addressed and made sure we were happy. We will be back again!

Summary: Bill was great to work with he came over and plowed the dive so we could get to the house. We had nearly 16 inches of snow the night we got there. He explained how to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We had a wonderful time watching wildlife in the yard.
