Summary: Staff is professional and always open for to give a hand or find good solutions. I didn't heard "i am sorry" but "we will find a way". That's the meaning of 5* international standard. There is only one to report negativ: "sound proofed" - in Vietnam that's almost not true, the traffic noise is always to hear because I couldn't find just one hotel in 9 years with double layer glass windows.

Summary: Indochine Palace was excellent. We stayed for 5 nights. The building and room was beautiful. The breakfast buffet had many options. There are a lot of light switches in the room and the bathroom was a little odd in that it was dark in there with a small mirror by the bathroom sinks. Also, there was no vent in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower with the rain fall shower head was divine. The bathtub was excellent. We utilized the laundry service a few times, and we received 20% given our extended stay which was nice. Our laundry was picked up in the morning and returned by the afternoon. You get 2 complimentary water bottles per day.

Summary: We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade upon our arrival. The room was huge and very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. There are lots of amenities such as pool, sauna, spa, exercise room, pool tables . Property is very well maintained and conveniently located.
