Indian Hills is an upscale private home located at the 6500 foot level in the La Sal Mountain foothills. Ideal for two people, and only 14 miles south of downtown Moab, hiking trails lead to adventure directly from the home. And the views from the front porch are incredible!
Indian Hills has a beautiful kitchen, with modern appliances and a built-in cooktop. There is central air conditioning and heating, plus a gas fireplace for the cool mountain evenings.
The large picture windows allow for superb sunset views! The sleeping area features a comfortable queen size bed. The large bathroom has a shower and double vanities.
Indian Hills has a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Wi-Fi and cable television are provided, making this home a comfortable getaway from the bustling downtown Moab area.
This luxury home is the perfect mountain retreat for a couple. Arches National Park is located about a 30-minute drive from the home.

Summary: After driving up the road to the house a couple times this place has the most beautiful views of Moab! We would definitely stay here again. It is the most peaceful place. Cindy is very nice and helpful! Thank you for sharing your home, we loved it!

Summary: Lovely little place for my wife and I. We used this place as home base to go explore all of Moab for a week. It was as described and met our needs and expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We loved staying in this place and would stay again. It's so nice to have a view that makes you feel like you're out in Arches and Canyonlands the whole trip. Being south of Moab makes the Needles District a little closer, while still being close of Arches and Islands In the Sky. The view of the Lasal mountains in the back was gorgeous and covered in snow. The manager to friendly and responsive. I do recommend a 4x4 unless you're staying in the summer. It snowed three times in late March during out trip, which made it more magical and beautiful (and muddy and slippery). No issues with a standard AWD or 4x4 car or truck. The place is amazing!

Summary: The studio is a very nice property with all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. The views around the property of the La Sal mountains and Moab valley are beautiful, especially at sunset. The property owner was kind and welcomed us in person to make sure we had everything we need. Beware that the road up to the property is a fairly steep, nearly 4-wheel drive road.

Summary: If you want the night skies and quiet you cannot get in town, then this is the place for you. Well-appointed studio had everything we needed for the evenings after our jeeping and National Park adventures of the days. Private and secluded, but only about 15 minutes to Moab it does bring the best of both worlds together. Kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfasts, (we tended to eat dinners out), nice bath and the plus of a stackable washer and dryer to keep our limited packed clothes clean. We fully recommend for those that don't want the "in-town" feel, noise, parking challenges, etc.

Summary: Incredible location and views! This studio was exactly what I was hoping for: an amazing place to come home to at night after a day in the parks and on the trails. I saw stars like never before. Highly recommend a 4WD to get up the hill, especially in weather. You won't regret staying here!

Summary: The studio is on a mountain. It's totally quiet. The house has large windows that give you a great view of the sunset. The house is lovingly furnished. Cindy welcomed me on the day of arrival and showed me everything in the house. She was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is accessible from the last mile via a narrow unpaved road that is steep and winding in places. It took me about 4 minutes to get there. For a German city tourist like me, the route was a bit scary when I drove it for the first time. But the more I rode up and down the trail, the easier it became. But you shouldn't drive too fast here ;-). So have respect for the road, but don't be afraid. The view that you can then enjoy at the top makes up for everything. It's breathtaking. On the patio you can relax during the day as well as in the evening. I grilled delicious burgers on the bbq gas grill. The studio has window air conditioning and two ceiling fans. I found the combination of these two units important, as the fans distributed the cold air from the air conditioning. I will definitely come back... Finally, a personal note: Cindy, if you're reading this review, I'm really sorry I didn't say goodbye to you in person. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Summary: Incredible views, super quiet, beautifully decorated, wonderful hosts, all the comforts of home. I've stayed in Moab more than 20 days over the years and have never been happier with my choice, not even close! Can't wait to return to this slice of paradise in the hills.
