Positive: Location was great. First floor drawing was lovely and light and nicely decorated. Lovey thick curtains throughout.

Negative: Mattresses in the twin beds were uncomfortable. Single room quite basic. Only parking for one car.

Positive: It was lovely and spacious, with lots of cooking bits already there, like glasses, pans, plates etc. Generally the home had a really lovely vibe, we had a great stay there. Lovely area too with some really nice bars and restaurants.

Negative: For a house of 9 people, it might be good to have a second key. Also the downstairs toilet we found would keep flushing until you tap the button again, and the door doesn't close properly.

Summary: We really enjoyed the stay here. A lovely home in a lovely town, with Rutland water nearby.

Positive: Location is great. Quirky house. Big kitchen/ dining room and fantastic dining table. Bright and spacious living room.

Negative: A bit tired throughout, could do with some TLC. The courtyard is tired and lacks any care. Needs some greenery. For the price, I would expect the hot tub to be included. Glad I didn't book it, didn't look appealing. . Down stairs TV isn't connected to anything.

Positive: The location was great! It was a very short walk to anywhere in town and even to the football pitch where we were attending a football tournament with our kids. We really appreciated having a washer AND dryer- that was huge for our family. Each level has a bathroom and the house was nicely decorated. The property managers were super helpful and we’re always available to assist with any questions.

Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

Positive: The furnishings and decor. Roomy kitchen with big table to eat round. Having a toilet on each floor.

Negative: Fridge not as cold as expected. Window in top twin bedroom didn’t shut properly and was draughty. No dvd player as promised. Getting locked in the bathroom (bolt broke)
