Positive: All but the fact that half of the Appartment is actually a basement without windows or fresh air.

Negative: - Two bedrooms are without air and windows (there is one looking at the living room). Very claustrophobic! - Nobody mentioned a deposit of eur1500 which you learn about only at the last moment - when you do check-in (which you cannot finish until you pay and you are already in Paris) - We had a problem with pipes (dripping water) from the apartment above, we complained to the manager but the problem was not solved during our stay and it was unbearable sound all three nights

Summary: OK but these facts I wrote above should be clearly said in the Appartment description. Not transparent presentation.

Negative: -We need to take the key in other location and it's really hard to put it back (we spent 5 mins) -No human interaction -Dish washer is broken (door), glass of painting frame is broken, floor was damaged with heat -There is no space to put toilets papers it's on toilet brush -No indication on how to use the air conditioner seems to don't work -Cold on the room without window near the common space (did not find how to put heater, seems was not working)

Positive: Brilliant location for the price and very good value for money. Apartment was modern and clean, bedrooms were comfortable. Two bedrooms don’t have windows to the outside but to the living room so it did get warm throughout the night. Vincennes is a great area with many restaurants in walking distance to the apartment, as well as short walk to the metro which is very well connected to all the best areas in Paris. I’d stay here again.

Negative: The only thing is how warm the bedrooms got at night as the windows didn’t open to the living room. Fine for single sleepers but those sharing a room did get warm. Not too warm though, we still slept comfortably.
