Many upgrades have been made recently , one of which is a waterfront fire pit , perfect gathering spot as the day wears on , Beautiful views on wide open water, huge double lot great for yard games , two huge decks for fun day and night , great boat house for fishing , Bluff View is a quiet family oriented sub division , no thru traffic , excellent for family getaways , short drive to Canton First Monday , beautiful huge pine trees for afternoon shade on the yard and water , large sun deck on upper level of boat house excellent for sun bathing and entertaining , fire pit for evening fires , smores etc . Great water for floating swimming and boating !

Summary: Great house for a family and friends getaway. The yard is in the shade a lot of the day so we were pleasant even when it was hot out. Loft room and one bunk room did not get very cool in the night but the other rooms were very comfortable. All in all, a great location and nice place for a getaway. I recommend renting the floating dock thing for kids to play on. Ours had a blast on it.

Summary: Had aw Awesome stay property was well maintained and believe you may they have everything there we brought pots and pans and didn't need it they literally got everything you need but the food not to mention the kayaks were a bonus.we will be staying again

Summary: It was a nice family stay we enjoyed it right next to the lake and even had fun on kayaks lil playground but my granddaughters couldn’t play to many spider’s nothing a little wash can’t help over all we loved it

Summary: We only had a few problems, one being the A/C in one of the rooms since they are all window units was broke and even with the 2 box fans I brought was registering 94 degrees in there. There were a few spider webs everyone and the brown couch has some on it when we were all sitting there playing games we saw spiders crawling. The deck was a good touch but a few of the boards you can tell are going to break soon. For us staying only 1 night was fine, but you can tell it hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile

Summary: I cannot say enough just how much we enjoyed staying at this property. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room for a large group. We had 8 young men (late 20's) plus my husband and myself. We had plenty of space! The place was clean. Instructions were clear. And best of all is the communication received from the owner. Absolutely fantastic
