Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! 4.5 stars rounded up to 5.Positives:-- Owner is very responsive and provided a detailed guide prior to check-in and was in contact with us during the stay-- Great central location with on-site parking (dedicated parking spot in the building's garage)-- Large unit with a great kitchen a living area-- Large main bedroom-- A/C units work really well; ground floor, so it does not get hot during the day-- Updated bathroom and showerNegatives:-- Noise from upstairs neighbor on two mornings (6 am) out of 4 nights above the guest bedrooms. Guess it was time to get up!

Summary: This apartment is superb. My wife and I rented it for 31 days in April-May 2024. Good heat/AC. Good kitchen. Photos are accurate. Bathroom modern. Very quiet. The host, Yolande, is extremely attentive and helpful --- lengthy greeting/explanation of utilities, etc. Immediate response to any request. Went to great lengths to remedy TV-WiFi problem caused by Orange company and is now installing new service. 100% recommend.

Summary: A wonderful apartment in the perfect location . Spotless and up to date , a great central location just minutes from the center of town . Sights , restaurants and tree lined squares with Bistro’s all around . Our apartment had every convince and was so very nice to come back to after a day touring the country side . A private covered parking space made it even better . Yolande was so very helpful and made our stay worry free . Don’t look further, this is the right place for you !

Summary: This was a beautiful suite in the heart of the old city of Avignon. The apartment was well appointed with a great kitchen, living room and 3 large bedrooms. When we had a small problem with the dishwasher, Yolanda had it repaired in less than a day. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Avignon. We look forward to returning here in the future. The pictures provided on VRBO accurately represent the villa.

Summary: The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The main bedroom is huge, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning. The location great, within the main city and with easy access to the market, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Summary: The apartment was just as the pictures showed. So much thought went into the remodeling. It was so nice to be able to close hallway doors and creat separate “wings” that gave us privacy and control of noise. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was great, plenty of hot water, lovely shower, nice storage. There were three women and each had a place for all their toiletries. The closets were good. Beds were extremely comfortable. Be aware that one of the bedrooms did not have its own air-conditioning, but a fan was provided and so the room was very comfortable. Having the toilet separate from the main bath was wonderful. Loved the location. Quiet and close to grocery store, Bakery and shopping. Plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!
