Summary: My room didn't have air conditioning and was in need of renovation anyway. Apparently I was unlucky because some of the group got a renovated room (same price and booking) with air conditioning.

Summary: 10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!

Summary: The hotel location was excellent and had adequate parking for guests. The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent breakfast and had a nice area to sit outside. Our room needed to be updated, the carpet was very faded and stained. The shower also needed some work. It needed new caulking and the shower base was cracked.

Summary: The highest class hotel in Ostrava, but unfortunately the day of our visit during midnight there is out break of electricity, one of the greatest breakfast in the whole Europe!

Summary: I had a good size room on the 5th floor (#511) that was nice for Ostrava though I could not get the room cooler than 22c. Breakfast was decent in the morning.
