Negative: The location was a little far from Alona Beach. It's a long walk but you can just take a tricycle for less than a 5 minute drive.

Positive: Location is not great, you can not walk to the lively area. When I booked it, I presumed it was a hotel, but no possibilities for breakfest. There is no real congierce to ask questions or arrange transfers. The pool is very nice!!

Positive: Property was perfect for us not too close to the action where it was noisy but also not far either. It was only 10 min in a tuck tuck to the lively alona beach area. Rooms were spacious and the hosts were welcoming. The pool was fantastic. Glad to find the little gems as we explore the Philippines...
