Summary: Room we were offered had spider webs and at least 7 spiders in them. Egg sack on the ceiling. One web had about 50 dead bugs in it. Bathroom vent slats were covered in a thick layer of dust. It had obviously not been cleaned in weeks. We insisted on a new room and were given one, which was clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Summary: The staff was mostly friendly. Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been helpful. $19 for the breakfast buffet was excessive. I wanted to enjoy the outdoor portion of this hotel and property the morning of my stay, but the party on the patio from the night before was not cleaned up, so every table was sticky and had empty bottles and glasses all over them. The beach was littered with beer cans and various liquor bottles. The AC didn't seem to work well. The whole place was generally warm and muggy.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for our son’s A school graduation. Conveniently located, friendly staff, walk to the beach, quiet and a 20 minute drive to base.

Summary: Daily room refresh was requested on check in. During my 6 day stay it happened once. Others days I had to walk to the lobby to get clean towels and toilet paper. In addition, I asked on 3 occasions to be placed in a lake view room. This did not happen. The hallways throughout the room levels were dirty. The room ventilation was full of "mold??" Lots of spider webs in all windows throughout the hotel. On a brighter note, the bar and restaurant were nice.

Summary: They had just finished some upgrades, some still in progress. Decent hotel, nice view, beach access was nice. Centrally located to everything we were doing that weekend. Did find a used cup behind the chair that wasn't cleaned.

Summary: Some issues with cleanliness of our rooms at check in. Fake eyelashes stuck to the lamp, visible dirt on the floors, etc. Requested rooms to be cleaned and they were while we went to dinner. Overall stay was average. Hotel is older but location was nice. Short 1 min walk to the beach.
