Positive: Good value for money, excellent location 300m from the nearest subway station. Very stylish neighborhood, not touristic at all either great restaurants & coffee shops. I would definitely book it again.

Negative: No facilities for cleaning ie a vacuum or a mop. And no information regarding the garbage we didn’t know where to throw them.

Positive: The location is great, close to Gaiemma station with quick access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The apartment (401) was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all the space in the apartment with a big table and sofa area. The TV was great too. There are plenty of plug sockets and the wifi was good. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave a kettle. The shower was great and the washing machine was quick and efficient. Check-in was simple via an ipad near the door and there is a good elevator/lift. The Lawsons convenience store next door was small but had most things you would need and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Whilst the apartment was quite pricey, the extra space was worth it. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tokyo.

Negative: A very minor thing, but a few more towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Summary: Great location, masses of space, very clean, comfy and well equipped.

Positive: The quiet location on two train lines was perfect for us. It was really nice to slow down at the end of the day. The size was great as well.

Negative: We had a small issue figuring out how to get door locked. Staff responded quickly and it resolved.
