We propose to you with the hiring, in Rennes, in the district Saint-Hélier, near the station, this roomy apartment of a surface of 88 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 6th and last floor with direct access by elevator on a private landing, it consists of a beautiful living room of 42 m², a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, three beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room, and a bathroom (with shower and toilet).
A private and secured garage is at your disposal for a vehicle with a maximum length of 4.80m.
An electrical outlet is connected to the apartment to recharge your electric vehicle (optional).
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Summary: Apartment was very spacious and bright -with a great outdoor area. Elevator and parking spot is a plus. Central location and easy walking to grocery and restaurants. Very comfortable and provided everything needed for a week stay. Would definitely recommend. Only negative was only one set of towels each for the week.

Summary: Wonderful 6th floor penthouse apartment. 5 minute walk to train station. Very comfortable, lots of room inside and outside. Only issue with stay was elevator did not work for three days of our stay requiring walking up/down 6 floors.

The terrace, the rooms and the whole flat is like on the photos; I really recommend it, we loved being there. 🙁 The weather in Rennes is super unpredictable, but still in rain the flat is nice.
