Positive: My stay was very good and I utilized the Spa facilities. One small note is that there was many lights on the room during the night and I covered them for a dark result.

Positive: The stuff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean, tidy with a comfortable bed. The sauna and the thermal water pool are very nice as well.

Negative: The room was a bit cold, but once you get under the blanket you get warm.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and modern and was in a good location with free street parking

Negative: Online check in and digital locks were a kerfuffle. Luckily there was a real human around to sort it out (a much better system!) More info about what was in the room would have helped (eg kettle provided but no tea:coffee; shower gel and shampoo provided)
