Positive: Good, comfortable room, though a little small. Bathroom was nice and clean. Great location—about 8 minutes from the Elizabeth Line metro station and Exchange Mall, with good restaurants (including many halal options) and various shops nearby. Plenty of buses pass by as the hotel is on the main street. The blond lady at the front desk kindly kept our luggage after check-out until our afternoon flight after many hours.

Negative: There was no Wi-Fi in the room or hallway for a few days; it only worked at the reception initially, then was fixed later. No hanger for clothes in the bathroom. No small hand towels provided, only bath towels. Tea/coffee station included two biscuits and a small fridge. I did not feel the front office staff were welcoming; most of the time they did not respond to greetings. Bed was tuff. Curtain was not clean.

Positive: The location of the hotel was great...value for money..hotel was well maintained .

Negative: Beds weren't that comfy. Water from taps were smelling weird..but i guess it's not the hotels fault.
