Positive: Very beautiful property and location central to most Turin attractions and to transport.

Negative: Could have provided enough amneties for 3 people and that it was our first time that baggage storage post checkout was not provided. However, it was my fault as took it for granted did not enquire prior booking.

Positive: The accommodation was excellent and is ideal for people who want to walk and tour the old city of Turin. The accommodation gives you a chance to experience living in the old city with old world charm but a modern setting. The nice quiet setting provided a relaxing place at the end of a busy day.

Negative: The floor of the bedroom is noisy and we were concerned that it would anoy the neighbors when we had to get up at night. I get many many emails a day which I dont always have time to read completely so I missed the importance of the need for ID on the early email.

Summary: A beautiful apartment in a great location that is good value for many reasons.
