Positive: I made a reservation for my parents, whose dream was to visit Taormina. They were super happy with the place - clean, comfortable and with great views. Mauro is an amazing host, he helped them a lot with everything they needed, and also helped me a lot, because I was worried that they will arrive late, they don't speak English, etc. He welcomed them personally and even wrote me a message to say that they arrived successfully. I'm very thankful for this attitude and would recommend the apartment to anyone. :)

Positive: The apartment is really close to the city center, dispite this it is very quiet and calm. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially during sunrise. The host is very nice, polite and flexible. We had great time there.

Negative: The mattress was a bit hard for me, but it is the matter of personal preference.

Summary: Amazing place with amazing view.

Positive: Mauro was a fantastic host. Really helpful with practical things like carrying our bags down the steps and advice or information eg: the walk to Castlemola and train vs bus for transport. The unit is comfortable with everything you would need to self cater- even a washing machine. A short walk from the major town area. A lovely stay.

Positive: The host Mauro and his wife welcomed us with beautiful dinner even though we arrived at 10pm with homemade food. Thought that was nice touch. Apartment is very bear the centre. Big supermarket is 3min walking. Left a bottle of Sicilian wine for us in the fridge as welcoming gift. Just really lovely people who made our stay better.

Positive: Great view, which you can access from both the kitchen and living room. Apartment is within close proximity to town, and easy to navigate to and from. The host was friendly, responsive, and even collected me from the bus station! The kitchen was well equipped and had various complementary items including a bottle of wine.

Negative: The mattress was too firm for me, it had little to no give, and would be greatly improved by a topper.
