Positive: The owner was very responsive when answering a query. The entry instructions were clear & the photos of the property & where to park very useful. The facilities were exactly as shown and described.
Negative: Unfortunately there was no internet connection but we understand that the owner is going to install this very soon. Otherwise, there was nothing that we didn't like

Positive: Wonderful host Michele - incredibly helpful, proactive and generous. Space had everything needed for a short or a longer stay. Simple breakfast including toast, spreads and coffee was provided. Lots of kitchen supplies and fridge space. The fold out couch still made for a comfortable bed. Close to public transport for a quick ride into the historic centre, or a pleasant 30 minute walk.
Negative: A couple of issues with the hot water, but Michele was immediately very helpful in resolving issues efficiently.
Summary: Small comfortable space with everything needed, and a wonderful and helpful host.

Positive: Very nice apartment, very well heated, equipped, comfortable and even with complimentary breakfast included 🙂 the owner is very attentive 👌
Negative: The position is on the very busy road and cars are driving very fast. Car be disturbing during the night.

Positive: The host is very helpful, we had immediate responses to all our requests and questions. The apartment is clean and equipped quite well. There is a parking place right at the entrance, it was super convenient.
Negative: The building is located nearby the street so you can clearly hear the cars passing by. I hope they will replace the sofa with a simple bed once 😉
