Positive: *Note- my husband made the reservation, his photo, but I stayed at this booking solo and wrote the review This was truly a very spectacular apt if you like traditional wood doors and windows. The main bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is 2 flights up - but there was a very cute little secret bathroom in the bedroom! The host was very accommodating and helpful. It is centrally located with the town center, restaurants, shopping, and historic plaza just minutes away. This makes a great base if you are staying in Sansepolcro and offers a traditional Italian feel.

Positive: I loved everything! It is stylish, comfortable and the wonderful hosts have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. It was in a great position in the town close to everything and easy access for exploring the delightful streets and sights of Sansepolcro.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was I had to leave! I could have stayed forever. The property was truly perfect!

Comfortable , well equipped and spotlessly clean little house in perfect location. The hosts couldn't be more pleasant and helpful, indeed helping my family out when we had a mini crisis on holiday, nothing was too much bother to them. The location was very central to all the cafe's, bars & restaurants. Highly recommend this charming town house.

Positive: The owners were excellent people and helped us with planning things to do in town and even came by to meet us and show us their place. They are some of the best owners we have ever met. Even after we left town they gave us ideas on what to do in the next town. Then we had an issue with a bank atm charge from their town and they when by the bank and fixed it. They are the best.
