Positive: When you expect room/s and you get a large apartment with a great living area and kitchen and when you get rooms with windows and balcony overlooking olive groves and sunsets on Monte Amiata you just say excellent and would go there again. Great hosts!!!

Negative: There is nothing we did not like about the place. It is best to have a car to have easy access to Città della Pieve and to visit the region.

Summary: Rooms with a view and top notch living spaces and nature around you.

Positive: We stayed here as a family of 5 plus another couple. The accommodation was perfect for our group!! Beautiful decor, super clean with lovely views over the olive grove! The host was very friendly and even took us down to visit the chickens where the kids could have a hold. The welcome wine/ treats were a nice surprise too!Great value for money and in an amazing location, only a 5 minute drive into the nearby village (which is stunning, great shops/restaurants)! We only stayed 1 x night but wished we stayed longer!!!

Positive: Apartment fell great, nice decorating, art, etc. the setting.

Negative: Unfortunately didn’t have a host on hand so check in and stay experience was not as described by others. The young woman from next door helped with the communication on site issue. Felt like being the first occupants of the season and weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outside areas. Can’t speak to in season benefits but we spent plenty of downtime in the apartment which worked out.

Summary: Our timing was not ideal but it’s a unique and probably special experience in season.

Positive: Perfect position to visit both Umbria and Toscana. The house has everything you need and Dominik is súper friendly and chill with a very interesting rural project within the property. Defenetely raccomended!!
