Negative: Not many staff available. We got back one evening and needed water and noone was around. We couldn't check out the day before we left as also noone around.

Positive: Stunning location. The grounds were very well kept. The room was comfortable. It was close to town. The restaurant was outstanding! The pool was closed when we visited

Negative: The staff were all wonderful and very kind. However, there was no information given on things to do in the area which would have added to the stay. We ended up exploring the town and found there was lots to do including the markets, a great winery (family owned) called Vini Benelli, a ceramic studio (Gaetano Branca), and great restaurants including Mary D and Arcangelo Stanco Pizzeria

Negative: We are an English speaking couple and there was no one who spoke English which made communication a little difficult but we managed.
