Positive: Very nice apartment, we had air conditioning and coffee machine. Communication with the owner was very good and she was helpful, she even send us tips what to see and do around Lecco:)

Negative: Location of apartment given by booking.com was not correct and struggled to find it as no description was given, check in was also difficult as you needed to know the exact time

Positive: The room was a good size, as was the bathroom, which was outside of the room itself. The kitchen facility was nice. Overall, the room was good, although the building is old.

Negative: The address on the Booking form is misleading. We had a very frustrating time trying to find the room and the address we were finally told to use was completely different, however, we did find it finally. The host, Mauro I believe was his name, met us there. He was very nice to deal with, and was friendly. Also, there are no close by restaurants. Parking is on-site but can be a challenge finding a spot to park in.

Positive: A comfortable room with its own bathroom, with a comfortable bed, the owner provided everything necessary for the traveler's rest.

Negative: It was difficult to find the building if the guest is not Italian, no additional information or instructions provided for guests to arrive. The hotel is located 25 minutes walk from the train station, buses are poor in the area.

Positive: Very clean, cozy, interesting bathroom, free Lavazza espresso every morning! 😁

Negative: I wish the kitchen had more equipment, however we were still able to make the most of it with a microwave and a kettle.
