Positive: Book this place NOW – you’ll never regret it. This multi-level apartment exudes feelings of peace and calm due to the sleek, modern, and clean designs. Stellar ocean views, gorgeous modern décor, very spacious at 1200 square feet, outdoor jacuzzi with views of the sea, dry sauna room that will make you feel like you’re in an upscale spa, extremely well stoked kitchen with every appliance and amenity you could want, state of the art appliances, lighting, and blinds, and a very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to beaches in Lerici and to Cinque Terre. The hostess, Luciana, will cater to your EVERY need, she’s close by to assist with anything you might need, she will assist you in navigating the area, and she will make you feel SO welcome in her apartment, which to be feels far more like a villa! She provides you with all the little extras like spa level creams, shower gels, coffee, tea, creamer, Nutella, and such. We stayed in seven different hotels and apartments during our stay in Europe, and Luciana’s apartment was, by FAR, our favorite! We WILL be returning!

Positive: Beautiful view and very quiet. Owner on property and very friendly and helpful. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, coffee, spices, olive oil, jams, dishes, etc. Nice linens. Parking on site. About 15 minutes outside of La Spezia. Easy to get to Cinque Terra.

Negative: No ac and no fan in the one bedroom and the fan in the other bedroom was broken. However, the owner thought we had it working and was apologetic and said she would have provided a floor fan. She also stated that she will be adding ac in the fall. The twin beds were small and not American size.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.
